Paul Perkins is an 6th grade student at Fredrick Jr. High School. He's involved with many clubs. One club in particular, is a new club started by the school's principal called GLOBAL 17. They pick 17 kids from the school to represent their student body around the world. Paul was picked as a global ambassador and attends educational functions world wide. with such an achievement, paul has brought a lot of positive attention to his school through his educational activities.
